Password Problem

I have been having some trouble with my password. Today when I attempted to change my password, I entered the fields correctly, but time after time when I clicked submit it was saying that I entered the wrong password. I had neopets send me a lost password email to confirm that I was typing in the right password, but still, its not accepting my password whenever I need to use it. It's not that big of a deal for now, but when I actually log out of my account, it may very well be. Anyone have this problem before or know what may be going on? Thanks! (:

OMG i'm not alone :O *jumps up and down* Yes I have that problem *cry* Not been able to change my password since... August ish! I contacted support over it, and it discussed with them a few times, but they seem to have a severe problem when it comes to actually reading my problem correctly. So as yet I am still unfixed. I've not even tried to contact them for a while now, it has it's pluses, if I can't login, neither can anyone else ;) As you said though, if we ever get logged out, we have big problems. I say try sending a bug report in first. Wait a week to see if you hear anything back as thats how long it took me to get a response. If still then nothing, spam them with bug reports, and possibly resort to emailing someone directly. EDIT - as an add on, if anyone has any suggestions as to what the problem could be or how to solve it, please let us know. I idea when contacting staff had always been with the purpose of them resetting the password. However yeah, i'm open to other routes. One friend of mine suggested maybe id changed something when typing the word, as mine is complete nonesense and usually formed by kinda hitting the keys on the computer :P To confirm, tnt believe our passwords to be correct. If I request it to be emailed to me, the same word comes as the one i have noted down. A staff member also emailed the same word to me. Sorry about the late reply. Yeah, I sent in a bug report. No reply from TNT thus far. The problem is still occurring, and if it still keeps happening and I get no help back, I'll probably just talk to a staff member one on one. Thanks for helping me out! It's good to know I'm not alone with this problem. (:

UPDATE: I log on today to find my account logged off. I didn't do this, so I am rather worried. I couldn't imagine someone cookie grabbed me because the only thing I did while I was on last night was visit the Advent Calender. To make things better, TNT still hasn't taken the time to respond to my bug report.
