I haven't gotten any hits from my hut in a week...

Not that I usually get more than 2 a week. Is this just because i'm not in main market yet? I have a size 500 shop, so I would think being on the top right hut section in Island Market would be get more hits than i was getting at a size 450 shop.

Try sticking at least one banner (that's fairly big like 500x500) above the mall banner

So maybe people are seeing the mall banner in my hut, and click on that rather than my shop banners? That makes sense. It would be mall hits rather than hut. Also, now that's i'm about to open a size 500+ mall, do you think that will help with hits as well? Rather than being in the size 100+ mall I have been in for a loong time?

Most definitely. In terms of huts, a size 1 shop and a size 270 (spooky market minimum - 1) bring the exact same exposure

I would add a top banner really soon. The top of your mall banner is coded to go to a petpage rather than your shop, so if anyone clicks the top they never make it to you. The front huts are better than the second row and watch out for the broken hut. As far a better sized mall, if majority of your previous mall were small, then yes there will be a difference.

Thanks Dmitri and Perpette :) Ok... So I need to make the top part link to my shop, not the mall page. I'm glad to hear that when I get more members there will be a big difference in hits :) I should probably raise my prices a bit then, right? The majority of the books I sell are 200 - 300 above ssw price.

It doesn't really matter me much because I'm in a main market mall. So I appreciate Janet accepting me despite of my tiny shop size. I think we can put a text on top. I should do that.. but its my fault that I'm too lazy to put something in there. I don't know if will help much. Anyone know... Text on top of the banner VS picture on top of the banner? From the looks of it, picture on top of the banner is better but how about the text?
