I just want to say... Don't give up. Its only been a week. A lot of people are busy right now (doing exams and what not) and I think if you give it a little bit more time (a month or so), you'll know if people will join or not. With that said, I also think that most of the people that have 500+ shop sizes are already in established malls. With most of the people who have smaller sizes (100-200), they don't know much about malling that they join anything they could get. Oh, I don't see a mall banner in your neopet's page so maybe that could help on getting more people interested in your mall. After all, design of mall banners are crucial for experienced mallers to join your mall.
