I should be studying but instead I'll start a forum topic here since I'm flicking through my Itunes anyways. What do you listen to? What's your favorite genre of music? Favorite bands? Who's on your itunes? I like indie/acoustic/soft rock the most. Favorite bands.. that's a tough question. I don't really have one right now as I'm discovering a whole lot of music that I really like recently. Itunes... I have Ben Harper, Bob Marley, Bon Iver, City and Colour, Coldplay, Damien Rice, Dave Matthews, Death Cab, The Decemberists, Feist, Goo Goo Dolls, Hey Rosetta, Imogen Heap, Incubus, Iron & Wine, Jack Johnson, Jack's Mannequin, John Mayer, Lily Allen, Matt Good, Michael Buble, Pearl Jam, Weakerthans, Weepies, Wintersleep.... I left out a few artists but these are my 'favorites'. (I can't choose just a few!!) If you like the same bands as me, suggest similar ones please! :) What do you listen to? What's your favorite genre of music? Favorite bands? Who's on your itunes? Maybe this will help us all figure out new bands to get, depending on what we like and what others like! Go!

Kristy its nice to see that you vary as much as I do *lol* Just now getting into Queensryche? Geoff Tates voice is amazing. Some of his songs give me goosebumps every time. I have seen them live enough that I have lost count. For the rest I seriously cant give an actual favorite. I am just like that with everything, I dont have 100% favorites. I have things from pretty much every genre and decade...except for rap, well I probably do have some really really old school stuff somewhere, but that would be it. I can go from seriously heavy to seriously mellow in a matter of minutes. Then I have my odd stuff in between. Yeah, well i'd never really been exposed to metal before. Then I met my current boyfriend, he is big on metal of all types and is a huge queensryche fan. He would send me their songs over msn, but he never sent me any I fell in love with. Then I moved in with him this year and heard "tribe" what a damn amazing song! Infact that whole album is just amazing, my favourite album by them for sure. I think tribe inspired a lot of new fans *lol* pm's sent.. I feel like I am corrupting people :* Angel, lemon tree is by fools garden. The rest of their stuff isnt as much like that as I would have hoped. Usually when I get in the mood to hear that song I end up listening to the beatles or blind melon.. again depending on my mood lol

Silent Lucidity is one of the best written songs ever. I am into Slipknot, DMX, Nirvana, Pavement, Sonic Youth, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, GNR, Metallica, Seether, and many others.

I love this thread!! I am such a music person! I have like every type of music but I really like pop and hip-hop. My favorite artists are 3oh!3, Lesley Roy, Rihanna, Kristinia DeBarge and there are others.
