Faerie Quests

I've only gotten a faerie quest event once... and I want a fountain faerie one any areas of the site that make those happen more often?

Things that involve a lot of refreshing like using the shop wizard, battling, or even chatting increase your chances of getting quests. :)

I'll add to the above activities Neoquest I and II games. Heaps of page loads playing those will get you lots of random events both good and bad.
