How do they make the banner flash?

I was bored today so I looked at the NB ads with no intent of buying. The 4th post down is the Cosmic Marketplace, and somehow they have their banner flashing. How do you do this?

You could take each picture as layers and use Adobe Imageready and go through each frame. It is probably 7 frames. 1 for each letter for Cosmic and probably 1-2 more

Don't really know how with the program I use (Photoshop).[/quote] Yeah but you need a registration key =/ however way you got photoshop you could get imageready that way too ;) In photoshop on the left side with all the tools, brushes, etc.etc. like on the bottom end there's this rectangle button that when you push it, uploads the pic into imageready

You could download Gimp, it's just like Photoshop except completely free. That's what I use for all my graphics needs
