What is the difference between iphone and hiphone?

I'm debating between the iPhone 3G for $99 or the 3GS for $199. Is the 3GS really worth the extra $100? ________________ unlock iphone 3g

3GS is significantly faster and comes in a larger memory if you enjoy loading your phone with more stuff. The 3G is perfectly ok though, just gotta wait a few more seconds for things to load.
