2024-08-21 Duplicate sales date entry Issue

A temporary patch has been applied to hopefully address this issue (A more permanent fix is in the works). Unfortunately, if you are already experiencing this issue, we need to manually clear that date. The patch will now attempt to merge the conflicting entries. Please neomail dmitri_stanislaus or post on our new subreddit. That being said, it is recommended you keep a copy of your sales history for a week or so. (we are currently addressing issues with the database)

I want to make a new profile in the portal. Alot of the items will be the same as what I currently have. What I am thinking of doing is... - Copy the profile folder, and rename it - Also rename the .ini file inside. - Open portal with this new profile - Go into admin to Reset Items Sold & Reset Sales Profit Will this leave me with the items, their prices and warn levels, but no previous data about sales from the past? That is what I am trying to do

I did the steps above, and I noticed that I probably also want to Delete Sales History Data The popup says that I should "remove every file with sales in the filename from users/profilename folder" When I did this, I got a division by 0 error when loading the portal. These are the files I deleted, should any of them stay? _sales.db 2009_sales.db rawsales.txt rawsales_0001.txt topsalescache.txt

I deleted _sales.db 2009_sales.db and got the same thing, Runtime error '11': Division by zero So I tried just deleted 2009_sales.db It looks like its loading (more than before), but results in the same error =(

Can I create a new profile from scratch , then just copy over a file from the old profile? (like maybe the db_shopstock? would all my stock data be there?)

Okay, I wanted to get rid of the old customers info as well. I deleted the 2 files in db_customers (data_users.db and index_users.db). It seems fine and got re-created when I input a sales history :D And last thing, I guess theres no way to clear the "last sold on" date of each item?

The update i just uploaded now as of this post should take care of it. The Reset Item Sold Count in the Admin should clear it? Just updated and tried and didnt work for me :( (thanks for doing this btw!)
