The Nursery Malls - Going MM?

So, this is kind of recruiting and asking advice. We have a few members, myself included, wanting to make the leap to MM. The Nursery's current main branch has size 300 shops, so not quite there. So now we are thinking of making a MM branch, and possibly a few members making the leap so they can just move to the new branch. Any thoughts on this? We already have other branches, but most MM Mallers won't join if not everyone else is MM. I think this would really help the Nursery Mall's to be noticed as a real group of malls, not just the mini or micro ones. =) And also give some incentive to current members to really push their shops. Thanks for any advice or thoughts. :*

Since the Nursery Malls have been around so long, I have no doubt a MM branch will be successful. Good idea on working towards it and not jumping in right away. Good luck!

The fun part will be that I think that if we do it, I will not manage it. (I can deal with 3 branches but a fourth is pushing it.) So, I will need to find someone to manage it for me.

I could, but we already closed down one of the malls earlier this year and I would rather we don't close down another. I think Cris would be really sad also if I did that.

I think MM is very exciting. *clap* The Nursery will be loosing members who move up and consolidating for a couple of months until the new branch gets settled and established might be a good thing. There will be plenty of things to concentrate on with opening a branch of this size and exposure. As members begin to line up for spots in the new MM branch you will be able to see if keeping all three of the others open is a realistic option.

There are 3 members that are ready to move up, right now. Others think it is a good idea but do not have the funds at this point, myself included.
