Error message

Hi, can't seem to find a solution to my problem...I've attached a screen shot of the error message I'm receiving when trying to start the portal (the welcome screen comes up fine). Until today I've been running the old version with no problems, but having been offline for a while, I came online and the old version was no longer working for some reason (when I launched it it came up with some weird bingo screen thing). So I downloaded the update file first, got the error message, uninstalled and reinstalled and still got the message. I initially downloaded from FF, then IE. Neither worked. I notice when I uninstall the folder and a number of files are still there. Do I need to physically delete the folder/files? I'm running vista home prem and FF 3.5.6. Thanks

Have you tried with a new profile? EDIT: Ughh i know i answered the question about forcing the portal to undefault a profile but i cant find it on forums, which means, someone mailed me personally (this is why i dont like PM questions, since i have to come up with an answer twice, three times, 100 times) instead of posting it on forums. Anyways open up the settings.ini file in your neomallers folder and look for ENABLED. Change that to =false. It should be true if you have checked default profile --------------------------------------------- Celebrate Xmas at Xmart. Thanks for the help. I went in and the enabled already had =false, so on a whim I tried the portal again and it worked. I have no idea how that happened...I did a restore of neomallers from our auto backup drive so I'm not sure if that helped. Strange. Thanks again. EDIT - Scrap that. Closed it down and it stopped working again when I reopened. Check the settings file again and it was still fine.

EDIT2 - All sorted. Seems to be running fine now. I think I must have inadvertently interrupted the upgrade process.
