How do I get a Lutari?

Does anyone know how to get a Lutari specifically? Or the 4 basic Matu beads?? I know it has something to do with the phone. I have a blackberry storm, does this work?? Where would I be able to download this application and also is the payment charged on the phone bill or separately??? Thanks xD

I got mine by zapping also. Didn't realize what I had until a guild member pointed out that I shouldn't be offering him up for adoption as they are so rare. Guess I couldn't have sent him over to anyone anyway if they can't be pounded.
