can i use microsoft/paint to make a mall banner ?
ok i wanted to make a mall banner just for the fun of it and i started on microsoft but copied and pasted it onto paint because thats how i can get images of items to put on the banner but when i paste the item it has a white box around it... do i have to zoom in and manually get rid of this box or is there another easier way ? ------------------------------------- *star*MODERATOR NOTICE | ** MOVED ** from Graphics Requests to Graphics Advice -------------------------------------

I'm not sure how to do it on paint... but on graphic programs like photoshop you can select the white area, and select inverse, then copy the item to paste onto your mall banner.

Dunno about paint but probably...however, if you have Microsoft Powerpoint: save the image to your computer you want to use open powerpoint and put the image into a slide view toolbars picture click on the wand to select transparent color done I make all of my graphics using Microsoft Powerpoint ;) ~ Mimi temps_bons graphics ~ http://www.neopets.com/~Mimi_Miaulement

HYPER MY OLE PAL! Well try this... Click on Select (it will have a black box - located on the very top of the toolbar on the right) Then look at the bottom of the tool box and there should be 2 options... 1 with a with box around the green box and .. the other with white around the green box (click this one) You may have to edit around the items to make the white pixels go away... OR you can download GIMP a free image editor : http://www.gimp.org/ And use that.. it's better... OR you can download Paint.NET it's also free: http://www.paint.net/ Well good luck... let me see the result of your banner :) + + + + + + + + + + + + + + Shop Size Goal : 650 Current Size: 237 Help me? : http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=obsolete_soldier
