good luck recruiting xD i hate that myself and i can never understand why people run branch malls. isnt it too much extra work for nothing? one branch = twice as much work same result? or do i see it wrong? i am just curious xD

Maybe it's for the prestige? lol. I dont know. Branches are usually off because the manager is not directly hands on if there are sale problems with the branch. He/she wouldnt experience this sale problems therefore, the initiative to set things straight in the branch mall would be definitely less than if he/she was experiencing firsthand that same problem. Unless you have your co-manager working in the branch, then you can coordinate with the other branch easier. Well, that's just my opinion. :* _______________________________________________ Bugsy's GUIDE to Effective SHOPKEEPING and MALLING: Version 3: Learn More About Hut Positioning http://www.neopets.com/~bugsy_lenny

Actually.. I created a second branch because I had too many neomails asking for a waiting list or asking about potential openings. I felt that since there was a need at the time (or at least some desire), I'd open a second branch. I had a lot of time on my hands this summer. It has nothing to do with prestige, nor do I give preferential treatment to one branch. I actually moved from the "original" branch to my "second branch" just because I wanted a smaller category - which was open at the time in a different branch. So, yes I do look out for both my branches.. and I have family members actually in my mall so there's that to keep me involved as well in both branches. Not that I need to defend myself or anything (unless Bugsy knows something I don't?) - lots of malls have branches :) - Kara

Also as of this morning, I am now the co-manager of Les Boutiques. IF you have any issues, please send them to me and if I absolutely cannot help, I will send your requests and questions to Kara. Cheers, Chad Chad's Bakery http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=desperately_yours

No need to defend yourself :P Was just pointing out some facts in my opinion. Please note that it wasn't pointed out at you/your mall. Sorry if that was what my post meant. Good thing that you have family members in both branches. I think that helps out a lot with you, managing. Wow Chad! You're a co-manager? Nice! :) Good luck! *clap* _______________________________________________ Bugsy's GUIDE to Effective SHOPKEEPING and MALLING: Version 3: Learn More About Hut Positioning http://www.neopets.com/~bugsy_lenny
