New Scam Through Neomail (Webmail)

So I was having someone create me a banner and she couldn't get the code on her petpage and so she asked for an email and I gave her my webmail one since I know sometimes there are issues with petpages. She then said she got an email warning from Neopets stating that she was asking for personal information and her account was going to be frozen. I figured she meant neomail but when I told her I got nothing she was asking if I had checked my spam folder on neomail. Things started to get fishy and then I received the following email that's in an attachment. You can see the email seems pretty legit because its basic questions they ask when trying to verify your account but I noticed the email and I knew that this wouldn't be sent to my webmail account since I have another email set up as my primary one and either way warnings go through neomail. Plus I just came back from a 2 year hiatus if I was stealing stuff I'd of been frozen awhile ago. But I figured everyone should have a heads up since they're probably targeting "wealthier" accounts and everyone assumes mallers have the most NP out of anyone. I'd post the username of the user that was neomailing me - but I'm not sure if there are any rules about it and I'd rather not get flamed over that.

Thanks for the warning. That happened to me one time about a year ago off my premium email. The guy had probably 5+ accounts iced.

I got an email back from Tech Support and they said that to report the email as spam and gmail should be deleting the account but from just the email they can't necessarily freeze the user. But that was in response to my email to them, not the report I also sent in through the actual site. http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=evilbluemunkeyz
You know how I know it's fishy? "Of course these are just accusations, at the moment, and we will need firmer evidence until we can press upon the matters at hand." This is supposedly from the people who freeze now and never ask questions later. They don't give you the benefit of the doubt and aren't so considerate in how they tell you either.
The "what not" in the first paragraph set me off too...thanks though! I can see younger players falling for this! ~ Mimi temps_bons graphics ~ http://www.neopets.com/~Mimi_Miaulement
