lol yes. but i was watching a scary movie and wondered what those people were called, and now it's driving me nutty trying to remember. everytime i google it it gives me crap about "ghost in meh houusse!" or something stupid like that.

Or if you're looking for the term for people who REMOVE ghosts (supposedly) from homes, that would be "exorcist".

"Exorcism (from Late Latin exorcismus, from Greek exorkizein - to abjure) is the practice of evicting demons or other spiritual entities from a person or place which they are believed to have possessed. The practice is quite ancient and part of the belief system of many cultures."
So if you're referring to a person, you are generally talking about exorcising an evil spirit from the person's body such as a demon, specifically.
If you're talking about a place, it doesn't necessarily have to be a "demon". Any evil spirit would qualify... which would include any kind of ghost, such as a poltergeist or other nasty entity.
