petpet page coding help

http://www.neopets.com/~kermat13 so it's all squished to the right can you guys help me add a little bit of space to the left and right side so the text isn't squished to both sides?

I was able to make the colomuns without a TD tag. What's it's doing is centering the coloumn top to bottom. where do I had the td tag? how about the color now. I know there is a way to change the link colors, but that seems like alot of work ohhhhhhhhhh--i see, I got it to work and it looks much less messy. Thanks Books!
