And you should remove the (hr) things, it's doesn't look that good.. I think it would look better if you made the banner thats above your mall banner the same width. Personal preference though :) Oh, and I'm not on dial up and it took a long time to load over here too. I suggest going with Dmitri's suggestion, you won't really notice a difference in quality at all.
