Problem Accessing the Site

My friend, evilgoatmonster, says he is unable to access the NeoMallers site. When he types the URL in it says he is unable to connect. Any ideas why this is happening to him?

Clear the cache maybe? Or the connection between wherever he lives and neomallers is down. Certainly not neomallers' fault since we're all here fine

I had someone else say the same thing but when I gave the link over IM they were able to get in. It comes up on me every now and then, but after a refresh or two I am in.

I have problems sometimes but I usually just wait until the next time I log onto the computer and it's fine.

The only errors i get is an internal server error 500 or "could not connect to database server" but usually fixes itself in the next refresh And speaking of errors, the hourly database maintenance isnt running anymore (since a week ago). Keeps failing now. Probably gotta look into that when i have time. I'm guessing something messed up during that server outage. Bleh I hope the DB wont overload during this time :P

I have problems occasionally, it is usually when the site would be really busy (my opinion only) like at 12pm during the week. Off and on suring the day on the weekends. Could be firewall, or a virus program. Clear cache, cookies, all online content.. Maybe security in the browser?
