Cannot enter any information

I downloaded this few days ago. It will not process the front page of my shop or my shop history. An error message comes up and the program crashes. I am using firefox and vista. If you could help I would really appreciate it!

Yes I know that problem. Go to control panel, then click add or remove programs, and remove - unstall all neomallers portal related programs. Then on the bottom left of your window where it says Start, right click it to Explore. Do the same delete all neomallers portal related programs. Re install again the main program from scratch and restart your computer and try again... Sometimes for a reason when you first try and load this portal it doesnt work but 2nd time generally works

yup as stated on the tutorials, it requires a restart
