I can't take this anymore! (2nd time CG'd)

Seriously, this is getting out of control. I just got CG'd a few months ago (tried to buy something in a user's shop). I got my account back fortunately. Now, I am frozen when I didn't even FALL for anything. I was using the SSW, clicked on the user's name (can't remember it OF COURSE!), and was redirected to a new login page. Immediately (just to be safe), I went to ANOTHER page, changed my password, then everything is fine. Come to find out when I sign on today, I am FROZEN! Including my side account! I am sick of this...I spend tons of money to be a Premium member & buy NC items. If I seriously don't get my account back, I am going to be PISSED. What is wrong w/ TNT? Are they seriously SO focused on getting us to buy things that they can't even code so that entering a user's shop from THEIR page (aka SSW) doesn't cause us to be redirected to a bad login page? More than likely, I am quitting Neo if my account is gone...yes I could rebuild, but I don't want to. The changes that have been going on the site...really...it's just not worth it anymore...

Everyone needs to rant out. I dont see anything wrong with it. For some people, neopets is a big part. I still dont get why people go omgomg it's just neopets. Sure it's just neopets but isnt everything "It's just _______ " when you think about it? Plus this is the kiln thread.

Get it off your chest, complain/rant about them freezing you. I would be pissed if they froze me. Especially since we pay for premium, and you pay for NC (I don't.) Like Dmitri, I don't know why people would say 'it's only neopets'. Cause it is a big thing for me too. For the past 9 years! I'd be very upset if my account was frozen. Complain and rant here, get it off your chest, then go be nice to TNT to get your account back, no matter how much you want to eat their heads off. hahaha. Good luck :)

Good luck getting back. And I would be just as pissed if you (and probably a hell of a lot more whiney) if it happened to me. Lucky you have premium. They're a bit quicker at handling issues for premium members.

I think Neopets should just sue the people using illegal software/coding on their site as they warn about in their terms and conditions. People aren't going to risk there money and homes for NPs and neohomes :p

They're pretty much just about making money at this point anyways, so that would help TNT reach their goals!

Yes, I agree, or that people caught hacking their site - once found - will be punished to the full extent of the law. I agree, people aren't going to try to hack a site when it will affect them in real life... At least you would HOPE not, but there seems to be some very malicious people in this world.

I saw that one of the people traded a Maraquan Grarrl to get the MSP Poogle...man that person was QUICK to cover their tracks...
