[DEV] Forum Updates

As some of you noticed, the forums have gone some minor changes. (if you dont see the changes, hit CTRL+R or CTRL+F5) All you have to do is go to MY ACCOUNT ( http://www.neomallers.com/user/ ), load that page once and the settings from your profile will sync with the table that holds all forum details. So you wont get that "gender unspecified" crap anymore Moderators will also see a new quick link to the admin panel as well
