WHAAAT? Krawk turned to Blue Ogrin!

http://www.neopets.com/petlookup.phtml?pet=Persevius Woow! I don't know what happened :O He turned into a Blue Ogrin. His mood was "content". And it still says "Royal Krawk" What happened?
