Based on the details you provided, you're obviously doing something wrong. Perhaps the following might help. http://www.neomallers.com/help

Thanks for the FAQ link. Can you post the tutorial link? I didn't write it down when I saw it on my portal. Issue I am having: I am new, I am trying to put in my sales history. I have been keeping my sales history in an excel spreadsheet (536 rows) and want to paste that in the pro tracker. I pasted this data in the web version before I downloaded the program and it worked fine...no reformatting *I love this program already* Is there anyway to do this in the version I have downloaded? Right now nothing shows up when I paste it from excel or my sales history.

When I try I get the following error message: Run-time error '5' Invalid Procedure Call or Argument Is there some other format I should try to make these data readable? I have tried converting table to text in word and then pasting into portal but I get the same error message. ~ Mimi _____________________________________________________ Mimi's Ménagerie: Healthy Tastes Good Here! ~click here ~

Different Issue: The Tutorial says I can download prices for un-priced items, right? What/where do I select (copy and paste) to get these unpriced items into my database? Can I copy and paste my shop stock view and then add these to my database? (I doubt it since there are several fields that are not compatable but who knows!) Could I 99,999 the items and then change the prices later? Is there a query for shop prices (Ascending/Decending sorting feature for prices)? If so I could use this instead of looking at every record... ~ Mimi _____________________________________________________ Mimi's Ménagerie: Healthy Tastes Good Here! ~click here ~

I dont think you can paste it from excel since the portal is only designed to retrieve pasted data from the sales history. Also, internet explorer causes issues in the current version so maybe if that's patched, it will work. As for the online database, it will not work since it's under development

are you using IE? for some reason the portal doesn't like IE lol. I would switch to safari/firefox anyway, firefox is very secure, and safari is insanely fast!

I guess I'll just start from here in the database which is WONDERFUL! I am a data analysis fanatic and this program has saved me hours already! I am still interested in the pricing of unpriced items feature -- I haven't figured that one out yet. Last thing: Quick pitch on Safari, please. How is it better/different than firefox? Also, I read a thread about a virus and Opera was mentioned...what about that program? I guess I'm in the market for a better web browser, LOL! ~ Mimi _____________________________________________________ Mimi's Ménagerie: Healthy Tastes Good Here! ~click here ~
