I can't change my account picture!!

I have tried to change my account picture to the attaced picture many times, but it won't change!! What am I doing wrong?!?

Maximum dimensions are 100x100 and the maximum size is 512 kB. 512kB maximum size. up to 100x100 Your picture: 480px × 640px (scaled to 432px × 576px)

The picture should scale down automatically. Anyways trying prrss ctrl r and force the refresh. To reduce server load i stuck up a pretty intensive caching system on this site
