well, i double check some usernames on neo as well, some of them have already had their accounts frozen, but not all of them. I think its the same person, it can't be a strangest coincidence, 3 day old accounts, following by the same pattern doing these stuff.

ive been having the same thing happen in my shop. then today i get a neomail from a brand new account and all that it says is "it must be nice to have a million items in your shop" then they neomailed again and said maybe i will buy them all. strange things are truly happening on neo.

This is getting too strange, somebody is just trying to do something to mess it up (but i think somebody program some sort of bot) because who does have enough time to do all this

This would actually make a pretty smart way to cg lots of accounts-Make a lot of money with 1 account, spread it around a bunch of others so that they can buy like this, pool it all in one shop priced as cheap, then set a cg in the shop that everyone looking in to snipe those tons of cheap scratchcards/codestones.
