Counter not showing up

My counter doesn't show up in my shop. I think it's because my username contains a special character (É). Is there any way I could have my username changed to just "Elan" without the accent mark? Hopefully that would fix my problem.

Thank you for the username change. I guess now the old counter just needs to get deleted from the system somehow. It appears that the neopets user, blessed_faerie, already has a counter (currently registered to the NeoMallers user, Élan ).
