I donated a little over 1m with 25k & selling the book. The "rinse & repeat" method. In the end it cost about 40k. now the books are down to 20k, so i'm done.

the purposes of donating are promoting yourself, your shop etc :P, and to invest. you wont actually lose much on donating since the stamps and backgrounds will most likely inflate after this is over
