AdBlock: Is it still allowed?

Well, I have been lurking in the BD Chat and lurked one thread and said that in order to be safe, disable the AdBlock. So aren't we allowed to use AdBlock now to block Neopets Ads?

I thought it was ok as long as you aren't blocking neopets.com images...ads that appear on neo and are hosted elsewhere are ok to block still? I only have to worry about this on my side accounts, so if they want to chain ice me for not wanting ads while I zap my side account pets, they can have my accounts.
