How healthy did you eat today? Did you exercise?

If you clicked this board seriously be true to your self and give me 10 push-ups for every junk item you ate today. 30 sit-ups for any sugary drinks you can today. 50 lunges if you DIDNT eat break - fast today. 20 Squats if you ate after 9:00pm last night. Post on this board what you ate and Ill do 5 push-ups, 5 sit-ups , 5 burpess, 5 lunges. Help me get my work out in today ;) If you clicked this board and refused to take part in this activity SHAME on you! I see fatness in your near future ;)

And lots of drinking too ;) Hmmmm so half would be 6 slices so thats 60 push-ups :P

My Break fast consisted of nothing to drink, and a apple cider donut. My lunch was a Chicken parm sandwich (grilled chicken) And for dinner i had baked chicken filled with stuffing and cream of mushroom soup, and corn on the cob. And the only thing ive had to drink today is an all natural no sugar added strawberry and banana smoothie drink.

I never got around to lots of drinking, just one long island iced tea, and it was SO hot at the club (I was warned it was hot there, they weren't joking!! Not only was my SHIRT soaked with sweat, my PANTS were soaked with sweat!) I wanted to drink more, but it was so hot the only drinking I did after that was water! I hope 2 hours of heat-stroke inducing cardio counts for a few push-ups *lol* p.s. - I love DDR - Go Gir Go! p.p.s. - I notice most of the people posting here are eating well, and the others.... aren't *lol* I will NOT contribute to this thread next week when my parents come to visit, or the week after that when we visit Ohio relatives, I will probably be eating VERY poorly for 2 weeks! Weight gain isn't a problem though, I'm probably 5lbs UNDER weight... it's all the fat and sugar that I'm worried about *lol*

lol i have never seen such a board before. Lucky for me i have just woken up and eaten breakkie cereal and milk. I am not unhealthy and i do exercise. Just because it is a weekend for me and i need a rest. :D

-pokes first post- Looks like you have some push-ups and more to be doing! Ill do my 5 of each tommorrow. So tired I went to a wedding today,and......well lets just say there wasnt any food item that I didnt try:P Ill be paying for it tommorrow :P On the plus side my Abs are still killing me, everytime I cough or sneeze if feels like someone is stabbing me xD Also! The ray is fired at Peverial...... and she changes colour to Msp!! Wahoo!

So, I had pizza and wings for lunch - but it's because I was at a friends house helping move all of their house into pods for a move... 5 1/2 hours of hauling boxes and furniture around.... and the attic was an OVEN! And I plan on going out dancing again tonight? I may not be able to MOVE tomorrow! My shoulders were already sore for Poi!

Also for today, for brekkie i had sausages and bread. For lunch i had grilled fish (fresh) with chips. lol and for dinner i enjoyed angus beef with pasta. Yay i love push ups!!!
