Is there any way I can transfer all the info from my old computer onto my new one so I don't lose everything in my portal and have to reenter everything?

Hi. You can copy the c:\neomallers\users folder to a USB flash disk (if you installed it to the default installation directory)

I will be getting a new computer soon & plan on doing as you said (transferring the folder via USB flash disk)
I am currently using v9.0. Will there be a problem keeping that version?

There shouldnt be... but i recommend upgrading to 10.0 since it does address some database issues that can happen from time to time. Of course the new system still isnt perfect but it's alot more resilient to corruption.

I am ready to install the Portal now. I tried transferring the folder & get an error when trying to open the Portal. img file included. My current portal is in C:\Neomallers
I want to d/l the newest version. Before I do is there anything I need to do to make sure I keep my current information?
XP was the old comp, Windows7 is on the new comp.

nope. I would still keep a backup nonetheless, but simply restoring all your user files and then installing a new version of portal on top of it works perfectly.

Thanks Dmitri! Done and it works perfectly. I should have updated long ago, I like the newer version.
