Need to submit ticket but Can not! help!

Need to submit ticket but Can not! help!
After a few years retirement from neopets I decided to come back and have a look at my pets, only to find that I now had to enter a birthday date. I entered an invalid date when I created my account 6 years ago (in order to appear older) and now I no longer remember what birth date I entered. Okay, I try to submit a ticket then... I cant! Every time I try to submit a ticket I find myself stuck and I have no idea what to do. Can any of you kind members help me submit a ticket so I can get my neopets back? After I go to the ticket page (Submit a ticket) and I fill out the form I see no "finished" button or anything else that may help me submit the actual ticket instead of just filling it out. What do I do?

The only time it asks you for your birthday is if you enter a wrong password. Even if you know the birthday used on that account, as long as your password is incorrect you will not be able to log on. The most important thing here is if the email address you used on that account is still accessible by you. If you lost your original email or changed to some other email (that you no longer can access or use or etc) then you will have to submit a ticket. If you do have access to the original email you used, then all you have to do is simply request a lost password and wait a tiny bit for it to come in your email. If the case comes to the point that you cannot get onto your account, and that you need to submit a ticket, then you need to: 1. Create another account 2. Submit the ticket from the new account, in reference to your old account. http://customersupport.neopets.com/ics/support/ticketnewwizard.asp?style=classic I suggest you select "Passwords / Account Access Help" Note - the Preview and Submit buttons do not appear until a decent summary is typed. For example, I typed "no email access" in the summary and it activates the buttons. It appears TNT has set up some sort of coding to analyze what you type, because I guess if you type in something that has an easy, well known solution, it will show up near the buttons? Not sure on that. There is a spot that askes the type of issue, eg 'Birthday, Password, Pin, and Other' In your case, like I said, the birthday doesnt matter, it is only asked if your password is incorrect. Even if it is asking for your birthday, if you leave the drop boxes alone and simply type in your correct password, it will let you in. So therefore, you must have either a forgotten password or email issue, but I would explain to TNT in the ticket your full situation.
