What's the angle when it comes to bakery and sweets? What keeps people buying? Is it profitable? I need to know. Haha

They're collectible, some are gourmet (for that award), and they're 1 time use. I love them =)

I used to do bakery and sweets (in fact I am having a category switching sale as we speak :P) And it is a nice category, basically keep stuff priced well, not too high and a lot of people love to collect cakes and such and gourmets are always nice to keep stocked. Just have a nice selection that other, higher mallers might want to stock at. Most of my returning customers were mallers with huge shops....hope that helps :P
