What doesnt work about it?

I'm guessing we figured out why. The original account name was the full e-mail address (i.e. it contained @Gmail.com), so TNT was probably filtering that. Dmitri changed the username, but the counter itself needs/needed to be deleted or renamed as well. Hopefully at that point things will be all good.
