Say that I'm selliing an item for 500 np. That item is registered in my database. If I upload my sales history, it won't show up because it costs less than 1k. So, I have to upload my shop front. If I upload my shop front, do the 500 np get registered in the "sales" thing?
Thanks :)

No it will not . You will have to "emulate it" from the item database. Basically, what it does is create "fake data" which means you gotta follow some kind of system (like always keep 5 items in stock) and use the difference

That WOULD likely be an easily programmable and very useful option to have though.
A checkmark that says 'compare shop front for sales', and it automatically counts any difference in shop front. It would make it super easy for those with a huge inventory of sub 1K items. I don't really do sub 1K, so no biggie for me.
Then again, it could raise way too many user 'how does this feature work' questions...
