'User Not Found' Error?

'User Not Found' Error?
I've just tried re-adding my counter to my shop after having it out for a long while after stopping malling, but it only shows 'User Not Found.' Don't know why this is, as I'm copying it directly from here. It's not too important atm, as I'm not in a mall or really even stocking, but I do want to start malling again and it'll be an important feature for me when I do. Anyone happen to know what might be causing this?
