I agree with all of the above, but I have more to add. Before you think of having your own mall, or joining one, you have to have a larger size shop. Each category on neo, except for a very few, needs at least a shop size of 100 in my opinion. Preferably more. That means it can have five hundred items in it. Which isnt very many unless its a highly specialist shop. Buyers expect categories to be covered for whichever category it is. Shopkeeper advice: first learn to specialise. When you can keep your shop full and priced all the time, then upgrade its size a little. And keep doing that. It does work:) When i first became a shopkeeper i sold fuzzle toys (nothing else). Lots of them, every day, and gradually grew my shop. I have sold several categories since then. My shop size now is 807 so it does work. And I have two malls.
