Hope its not a silly Question lol

Hi Everyone, Hope you have all had a good weekend. I hope this isn't a silly question but I am just wondering if its hard to make a webpage & do you have to pay for it lol? as I would love to be able to be able to have a page where I can right poems on in rememberance of some people who were very important in my life. Would appreciate any advice. God Bless bye swap or sell.

Try looking into google sites. https://sites.google.com/ Im not too familiar with that service but one of my client project use it so i best be learning it soon. From what i see, it seems relatively simple and it's free.
