i honestly can't think of a single independent 4mil nb ad that's still running. but good luck though! :P

there are a couple mall-run nb ads. right now they're running at around 1-2mil per ad instead of 4mil. and there are some individual ads too but that's pretty much it. a lot of mallers are relying on just hut hits and mall hits now. :P
