Help please

This isn't neomallers help I need really, but I need your help anyway. I've been told several times now that my mall banner is not showing on my page. *I* see it, my mall members see it... but obviously something is wrong. So my request is, will you please look at my shop and tell me if you see the huge black banner? (It's not like it can be missed!) If you cannot see it, please tell me what browser you're using. I see it. And it should be fine. What happens alot is people put "ad" or "mall_banner" as part of their filename and certain adblockers auto block it by keyword. In this case, it's fine.

Then there's really no reason for these people not to see my banner?? Which means it's unfixable, so I should chill out and stop worrying about it.... Gosh I wish it was as easy as typing it.
