Image mapping help?

I've been trying to code a mall banner and I also have an NB ad banner to do. I've tried using image-maps but it wasn't working for me and kept having content-overload errors or something because I have IE. Does anyone know a good place to do it or is willing to code them for me? Thanks! :)

Try using a different browser? That site is pretty good if you can get it to work :P
