*UPDATED* Intensive Shopkeeping and Malling Guide

I made a guide two years ago and I just updated it now. I remember seeing that a while back, and wondering why it hadn't been updated :P I remember asking myself does this meaning malling has gone the way of the dodo. Oh well it looks great. I like how it all flows together and it doesn't seem all chopped up. Like the sections have a good flow and don't seem to present an entirely new subject each section.

Nathan, great guide! I read it both before and after the update. I love the background you use and the page is very informative. I learned a lot. The part about huts especially helped me because until recently (when I finally reached marketplace size) did I understand what huts were. Thank you.
