Upgraded to 983 today!
And yes, I had that many visits before becoming a moderator here. I do have 1 NP sales, sometimes that boosts the visits, sometimes it doesn't. I also price many things as lowest on the ssw. From what I've seen, I price lower than most on here. My profit tends to be 10%-15% compared with many here that have 30% or more profit. I also have a catalog that links directly to my shop. AND I advertise on the shop boards, and am active on the other boards with my shop link in my siggy.

I think I am sitting comfy for a little while now.
I did some bigger upgrading without adding stock. It was nice for awhile, but the larger you get and the harder you work your shop the more you will wish you added stock at the same time. I have more room than I'd care to admit at this point and it is getting a little hard to control now. Plus... the more stock the less the chances you sell out of something and miss that next sale ;)

Yesterday I upgraded my shop from size 204 to size 235.
I can afford to upgrade more, but I never know if I'm leaving enough np to stock it at the new size. It's so hard to figure that out - how much np are needed for the size increase versus how much are needed for restocking.
As I grow, it occurs to me the shop size may be more important than having it fully stocked. Does anyone have an opinion about this? Any experiences?[/quote]
Most of the ones I did people just bought the 1np items.., but I only put items I get for free in there anyways so it's no loss.. just no gain either.
Yea my profit is around 15% as well so for me it all depends on the volume of people I get in. However, I've never had a +500K profit in a single day. Ever. I'm also only size 200. I expect my sales to be much less than everyone else here around me XD
I dont have a recent average yet. I have finally converted completely over to the portal so I should have a guess soon. But I deal with alot of items under 1k and maps are also a main part of my income so my % will off by a bit.
Last summer I was figuring it myself at about 15-20% profit.
