Sorry to hear, the only thing I can think of is im sure your right but is the transmog 100% confirmed. After I read your board on the mil til for a size 40 shop I added tokens to my shop, and that was the first time I heard of the transmog prize. So i tried to confirm it, and the guide at Jellyneo doesnt list it. lol idk y im y im double checking, im sure your right, its much more logical that TNT would jump the gun lol
I tried for 3 months straight, messaging them after they sent back their two replies, hoping they'd get sick of it.
The replies never changed.
And I didn't get my account back.

Yea, I've seen a couple screenshots of it. Whether those are fake or not, I dunno.
I heard a rumor it was confirmed in the editorial ... but I haven't checked yet.
And you're right to double check, I only added them to my shop after looking at the screenshots. You can sometimes find people who have screenshots that are merchants on the trading boards.

I guess the way JellyNeo works sometimes it doesn't get some prize items since they can be under more than one category. For example, I've heard of people winning Halloween Paint Brushes from the Test Your Strength game, and it doesn't show up when searched on there. (assuming they weren't lying although it was in the wishlist of a trade so.. idk)
Even so, surely it's been confirmed. If you go just by what JellyNeo has, the most you can win form the Neocola Machine is a 70k thing (forgot what it is). And if that is the highest prize you can get, then Neocola Tokens wouldn't cost as much as they do? Sorry I'm awful at explaining things.

Not true. When I was CG'd I got the automated response at first as well, saying I had tried to scam people therefore wouldn't be getting my account back. They thought that because the CG'er had gotten into my account and posted links to offsite places and such.
I got that ugly automated response 3 times, then someone gave me support person Charlotte's email address. I mailed her and had my account back fully intact the next day

Wow, you are incredibly lucky! I told them I didn't scam, and they never gave me a link. Just asked me not to ask again and the other usual crap.

Thats very weird, you should mail TNT and clear it up with TNT on why you got a warning for scamming because I clearly don't see anything wrong with telling people what prizes you can win from Neocola Tokens, or anything for the matter
