I'm afraid my user name is not terribly creative either. My neice got me hooked on Neo when she spent her summer vacation with us a few years ago. I wanted to keep my name easy for her to remember so she could always find me on Neo.
If I had to do it again, I'd pick a name that started with a J or a Y, since fewer of them appear on Shop Wiz searches. :D
Mine is part of my last name with "ette" on the end *lol* My husband grew up being called perp for short and one day his best friend called me perpette when I walked in the door. It just sort of stuck with me.
I chose PrincessSophie703 because that's the username I've had for most things since AOL first came out way back in middle school. I chose Princess at the time because I liked everything pink/princessy. Sophie is my real name. 703 because back in middle school I liked the girl group 702, but I don't remember why I ended up with 703.
Now when I make accounts I stick with Sophie703.... I figure at 25 it's time to stop being a princess although my user lookup/pets/gallery will always remain ridiculously girly... hey, it's my virtual life lol Mwahaha! :D

My name was created when I was a teen and quite gothic. (ahhh good times... lol) It just sort of came to me when I was trying to think of a username because the nickname that I always used to go by at the time was taken. It doesn't suit me as well as it used to but I still love it. :)
Haha I made my account when I was much younger, and it's after a monster truck driver *lol* Kind of which I could change it now, just for the simple point of not being called Dennis :P But It's gotten to where I recognize it like my own name now. My usual screen name is Pokefire. However, I had just gotten randomly frozen on that user name *cry* so I went with some other random thing I had just gotten back from a monster truck show :P.
Interesting topic, have enjoyed reading this. My son made me my first account cocoglobo, he choose the name, i used to restock food, unfortunately the account was frozen, so when i restarted thought cornucopia would be a good name for a food shop and kept the coco who was my pet rabbit!

My account is named after my cat, mina. It's not my first account, that one was elenavamp, named for a vampire character (Elena) in a screenplay I wrote for school. :P So when I made a side account, I kept the "vamp" part. Plus, I created the account because I wanted to make a Halloween Kougra, which to me was kind of what my cat would look like as a vampire. And even back then, I wanted somehing without numbers (though I wasn't as picky with my first pets' names.) So ... yeah haha *blushes*
minavamp became my main account because I joined my current guild with it, not sure I trusted guillds and not wanting them to know my main account. But I stayed and was so much more active on it that I switched mains within a year of starting Neo.
I still find it weird that I'm used to being called by my cat's name :P
