Ouch! I hope you feel better. Please don't torture yourself with coding on our behalf. :) You've already done so much for all of us that you are well over due for a break.

I've done a bit more fiddling with this problem and have found a couple more quirks with it. I have made 3 different profile as I have made 3 different changes to my shop lately. Each one has the new items error even though on the last one I deleted quite a few items from my profile as I removed them from my shop stock. Also in any of the profiles deleting existing items does not seem to make room for new items. You probably already know this but I thought I'd just post it in case it would be helpful.

yeah i couldnt think of a clever way to do it so it rots now... which is good since if you get an item that doesnt update properly, just delete it and recreate it. It will be saved under a new volume file and will work (or should) But all this will change soon. With the new system, you should be able to store 32,767 different entries under windows 95 and 98. and 100,000+ under windows xp/vista. And since there's no shop size above 6000, even Nicole won't be able to reach the limit :P I'm abit better so I've already started on it. But as always, need a bit of time to test out for glitches

Ahh found others having the same problem I am I love the portal the history the tracking! It is amazing! Seeing a new version that holds that many new items...hmm wonder if I can fill that up.
