methinks he wants to hand out premium referrals ;) is it from TNT? and its not very exclusive, considering ANYONE can sign up for the 15 day free trial, with or without a premium referral ;)

Oh alright. I thought it was something special. And yes, its from the neopets team. I guess there's no point on taking the offer then.

yeah, that is weird o.0. I think a while back you had to be referred by an existing neopets premium member, maybe they never got round to changing the message?
