Is there any way to back up my portal data?

Is there any way to back up my portal data?
I'm going to have someone use system recovery on my computer within the next week or so. They told me its possible to back up things like my pictures and word documents. However I was wondering if there is any way I can save my portal data? The idea of re-entering the wiz and sell price of over 800 items makes me want to quit malling xD

Yes there is. I've sent data between my two computers before so if I'm using my laptop I can still use my portal :P Just open My computer, C Drive, Neomallers, Users, and there should be a folder for every profile you made on portal. Just copy that entire folder and paste in into what ever you're using to back up your files ( CD, Flash drive, etc.) Hope that helped!
