Some new features

1. The time on the counter has been synched to NST time so it's more accurate now. 2. BBCode is finally installed and active on these forums. These means image signatures are enabled but if i see signatures that are 300 pixels long and 1000000000000 pixels high, well.. you dont want to find out :P
