Run Time Error 521

I am restocking from the out of stock feature and twice I got this error and neoportal shut down HELP please I attached a screenie

Sounds like another Windows Vista glitch. Restarting your computer should fix it. (I often get that error while using photoshop too) and restarting it fixes it :P
