Quick Question about Mall banners

I was looking though the graphics, and I noticed that on the coding in the mall banners the coords had 4 points, and I'm just curious, which ones are on the X axis and Y axis? In the "coords="19, 78, 196, 163" does it means that this button is 19 by 78 (Pixels?) wide and 196 by 163 High? or how does that work?

I was wondering if the amazing NeoMallers Graphic team would make a Halloween Shop layout, or autumn themed layout? Please? =} I know a few of my mall members are searching for a seasonal one and cannot find any, and all the other layouts here are amazing.

CSS Code for Fake Shopkeeper like Fake Shields?

Hi guys, I really want to cover up the goth uni avie shopkeeper on my lookup. Most of the free user lookup layouts dont cover this up. This site and other neo help sites have shield replacement graphics with a short CSS code that only changes the shield. I was wondering if anyone knows the code to do the same thing for the shopkeeper. I plan to replace the shopkeeper with some a graphic of training and luck items which I stock so I wont need a custom shopkeeper, just the code and told to where to put the image address.
